Apple to Uncover iPad 3 On Next Wednesday in a Media Event (Confirmed)

The murmurings and rumors about the next Gen iPad are finally coming to an end. The Loop just notified that Apple has officially announced and have sent out Media Event Invites for 7^th of March, Wednesday. The media event will take place at Yerba Buena Center for the Arts in San Francisco, starting 10 AM (PDT).

Looks like Apple strongly believes in the quote that ” A Picture is Worth Thousand Words”.

Apple simply shows in the picture above about their Media Event date, place, and event. The maps on left indicates the location of the place, the calendar App shows the date of the event and the Keynote simply tells about the presentation. Apple also teases the Media with a great tag line stating that:

We have something you really have to see. And touch.

The image above and the tag line clearly states that Apple has planned up something big and amazing coming on its way. The image above point out towards the long rumored high resolution Retina Display for iPad 3 which is (2048*1536) pixels. The strange thing is that there is no Physical home button shown in the picture above. We expect that the above picture is of iPad 3 and it is in portrait mode. The icons are quite clear and glossy which confirms the Retina Display in iPad 3. The processor is said to be Dual-Core A5X chip which is intend to be a little modification of the A5 chip present in iPad 2. We might not see the rumored A6 chip in the iPad 3. The A5X chip must get the graphics engine improved than the one present in iPad 2.

This year rumors were high about not only iPad 3, but it was also rumored that we might see three different kind of iPad’s this year. The first is the iPad 3, the second we can expect a low cost iPad Mini and what will be the third one? This is not yet confirmed whether Apple will be unveiling three iPad’s this year or not.

Justin Bieber Lawyers Sent a Notice to Joustin’ Beaver App Maker

This must be one of your favorite news of the day. Every one of you must be aware of this young age singer who is very much popular in the world. Many of you might love him or hate him. According to surveys around the web, most of people hate him. The name of this young pop star/R&B is Justin Bieber. This little kid was born in 1994 in Canada and became the R&B / Pop star in 2008. That’s a big achievement made by him. He is not only famous in positive way but he is also famous in negative way.

He has become so popular that even the Game Developers decided to make a game on him. That’s true. The mobile game created as a parody of Justin Bieber named as Joustin’ Beaver for iOS and Android got a cease and desist order from the lawyers of Justin Bieber.

A letter was issued to the developer RC 3of the App Joustin’ Beaver stating that they got two days to take down the App from the AppStore. The App is humiliating our client rights.

“Please be advised, at no time has our Client, our Client’s parental guardian, or our Client’s designated representatives entered into an agreement with you or your related business entities, or otherwise granted permission to you or any third party, to create the App,” the Rosenberg writes. “Further, I am not aware that you made any inquiry or gesture to contact our Client’s representatives to obtain such authorization. Accordingly, you have no right to utilize our Client’s name, image, likeness, life story or identity in or in connection with the App.”

In the letter above the lawyer points out towards the client’s name, image, likeness, life story or identity in or in connection with the App is something strange or the lawyers don’t know what they are saying. The name of the App is different and somewhat resembles with the name of Justin Bieber.

RC 3 defending the case replied that:

“The game is a parody and is protected by the First Amendment of the Constitution. Nowhere in the game is Justin Bieber’s name, photo, image, or life story mentioned.”

The Developer of the App, Joustin’ Beaver admitted that the App is parody of Justin Bieber but they never used Justin Bieber’s name, photo, image or life story in the game. They have used an image of a Beaver with Justin Bieber’s alike purple clothes on it with a B stick in his hand.

The game doesn’t includes the music or anything related to Justin Biber, but it contains alike name Joustin’ Beaver which goes up the river popping wild hogs up.

The cost of the App is $0.99 in the AppStore. The developer of Joustin’ Beaver aren’t taking the App off shelve for now, you can download and enjoy the App before it is gone. You can download the App from iTunes Link. The App is an universal App.

Apple Store Genius Does Some Inside Job at Charlotte Apple Store

If you have come over here to see what sot of job the Apple Store Genius did at Charlotte Apple Store, North Carolina, so you must make up your mind that the work he did was immoral and not every one can do it. The Apple Store Genius didn’t help some one or kicked some one in the Store; instead he did some stealing process in which he stole 25 iPhones worth $16,000. The report comes from charlotteobserver in which they tell that 24 iPhones were stolen from the North Lake Apple Store.

“The iPhones were stolen from the Genius Room located inside of the store,” a Charlotte-Mecklenburg police report says. “The suspect did have access to the Genius Room.”

The stolen phones, which are valued at $16,425, include 22 16-gigabyte iPhone 4S models, one 64-GB 4S model, one eight-GB iPhone 4 model and one 32-GB 4S model.”

This is some sort of new Twist in which an Apple Store Genius did the job quietly and didn’t let the outsiders do some cracking to come inside and steal the iPhones the other way. The iPhones stolen are 22 16 GB iPhone 4S, one 64 GB iPhone 4S,one eight GB iPhone 4 and one 32 GB iPhone 4S. The genius bar guys seems to be very genius that he stole all the latest iPhone models and only one old iPhone model which is iPhone 4 8GB.

The amazing thing is that the incident took place over a period of time. Not at once. It took him a month or so to steal all these iPhones. According to the repot, the iPhones were stolen from somewhere between 1^st December 2011- 11^th January 2012. This was a great inside job. The Genius bar guy flew with the iPhones from the store without even hinting some one towards his suspicious activities.

The report of this iPhones stolen was reported on Monday to the police and they are looking out for the Genius Bar guy. Police also said that this was Inside Job because the Guy had access to the Genius Bar. When he is arrested, he will definitely go to jail or will get some heavy penalty or will be treated according to the law.

If we look at the previous record of Apple Store robberies, we can conclude that this is not the first time that any Apple Store got looted. In past many Apple Stores were looted and all the Apple Store Products placed at front were gone first.

This might sound weird that this Apple’s North Lake store is one of those Stores, which opened in August last year and got robbed after 5-6 Months of opening.

The Complete Story Behind the Mysterious Microsoft Office App for iPad

Few days ago we came across strange news that the Microsoft’s Office App for iPad will be coming to the App Store by the end of this week. The App was previously rumored in November last year on The Daily that every thing is done and the Developers are just winding up the Application. The release date was still unknown.

Matt Hickey of The Daily reported to have hands on the Microsoft iOS App for iPad. He also said that the UI looks somewhat similar to the existing App of iPad by Microsoft called OneNote for iPad. He also pointed out that users will be able to edit the PowerPoint presentations online and offline with the help of this App. User can edit their documents stored on SkyDrive and offline that is on their iPad.

After the statement by The Daily about this unreleased App, Microsoft played a smart move by releasing a statement that they are not working on any sort of Office App for iPad. The above image is fake and self-made. They made this statement to The New York Times. This was a very quick and strange allegation made by Microsoft regarding their App.

The Story doesn’t ends here. The Daily’s Peter Ha strike back with an image proof of the office App prototype running on iPad 3G to prove that the Microsoft statement was wrong about the Fake Image.

This was another challenge made by The Daily to Microsoft saying that they are wrong. Microsoft couldn’t take that and they tweeted with their official account to wait for this week. After this week is gone, we will come to know who is right and who is wrong.

One single unreleased App for iPad has become an amusing argument between Microsoft and The Daily. Both are trying to make each other wrong. This is something strange and weird.
